Valuing your time

We’ll help you with your digital workplace and technology decisions so you can get back to focussing on your organization’s mission.

The workplace is evolving daily to meet the needs of both organizations and employees. While support for remote working has increased over the past several years, the need accelerated as the covid-19 pandemic impacted humans the world over. Technology enabling people to work from home, or in fact, from anywhere, is now vital to an organization’s success.

And your organization is no exception. Along with overseeing your organization’s evolving mission, you may be directly or indirectly managing technology – including your organization’s digital workflows, communication needs via your website and social media, the backing up of files that still exist on physical servers, or administering email accounts. Making the right digital workplace and technology choices takes time – a commodity in short supply – and experience. Especially since technology evolves so rapidly.

Our mission at Krafted Solutions is to free you from those additional responsibilities, so that you can focus on helping those your organization is dedicated to serving. We support you, while you support others. Whether you need to develop an overall IT strategy for your organization, or have an immediate need to improve your digital workplace tools, we’re there to share the knowledge and experience we’ve gained over years of supporting values-based organizations.

We’ve worked with numerous non profits and values-based companies in the Vancouver Lower Mainland area, Alberta and Ontario, as well as further afield. Some have only a few staff members; some have a couple of hundred. They include legal advocacy groups, K-12 schools, senior services, organizations focused on health issues, family services and employment services. Some are growing a working IT system to the next level; others are starting from scratch.

What you can expect working with us.....

Whenever you need us... and only when you need us.
