Rapid growth required unified IT support

The Association of Ontario Midwives was experiencing rapid growth and needed guidance on how to collaborate more effectively. They sought assistance from Krafted Solutions to develop a framework to support the long-term information technology (IT) needs of their growing association.

Inadequate IT support impeded staff efficiency

The Simon Fraser Society for Community Living was struggling to manage a mounting number of IT issues across multiple locations, as their IT systems had grown haphazardly and they were receiving inadequate IT support. At a crossroads, and wondering how to support their staff more effectively, SFSCL sought assistance from Krafted Solutions.

Competing ideas for IT solutions were stalling progress

In 2011, the Pacific Community Resources Society won contracts to provide employment services to the Surrey and Midtown Vancouver communities. The contract required that the two new Employment Service Centres be operational by April 2012, so they were under a tight deadline. They engaged Krafted Solutions to connect with partner agencies to analyze various technical options and reach a timely decision.
